Our R&D department has several machines to test our existing formulas and new ones to match customers’ requirements.

Innovation is at the heart of our company development strategy. It is one of our core values, shared with all our employees.

As a consequence, our organization is driven by Innovation, We see innovation in our products and mold design, our engineering, our manufacturing processes and our new polyurethane formulas. To develop our own products, we use a “innovation by usage” methodology and we always remain true to our main goal; increasing added value.

For many years, PIM has spent a significant amount of its expenses in Innovation: testing equipment investments, product prototypes, projects with outside partners, testing with university laboratories, … all with a close financial control.

This organization and our investments have allowed us to become known in our markets as a “customer benefit oriented solutions provider” and to file patents which enable PIM to be recognized as an innovative partner for its customers.
